This policy describes Threadloom for Android, version 1.0.0, and separates app storage, optional browser activity, system boundaries and future website hosting.

Scope and effective version
This policy applies to Threadloom, package app.threadloom.stitchnotes, version 1.0.0, plus the two static pages supplied with that release. It does not govern an app store, operating-system tool, separately opened browser page, or a later release whose behavior has changed.
Organization and release identity
The publisher profile supplied for this release names IFHS Football Boosters at 601 S Holmes Ave, Idaho Falls, Idaho 83401-4726. Threadloom remains an original embroidery project tool associated with that profile. This policy does not claim that the app is an official school or team program, fundraiser, partnership, endorsement, schedule, or record of participants and results.
Project data
Threadloom processes the selected starter, working measurements, unit display, named regions, progress states, thread mappings, strand counts, material and tool checkpoints, and parent links for variations. These records exist to restore the project desk.
User-written notes and saved work
Region notes, custom swatch labels, variation names, and journal entries may contain text you choose to enter. Threadloom does not require a real name, email address, or account profile. Avoid placing information in a craft note that you do not want stored on the device.
App-private storage
Mutable project state is kept in app-private Android SharedPreferences. Bundled starter content and artwork are application resources, not personal records. Other apps are not given a Threadloom data interface, and this release has no publisher-operated account database or synchronization service.
Permissions and device access
The inspected Android manifest requests no runtime permission. It does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, notification, advertising-ID, health, sensor, or shared-storage access. Those protected capabilities are unavailable directly to Threadloom in this release.
Network behavior
The signed Android manifest does not include the Internet permission. Project browsing, editing, saving, variation work, and the journal use bundled content and local state. Threadloom does not contact a developer server.
External browser and source links
When you choose a technique source link, Threadloom asks Android to open that web address in an external browser or compatible app. The destination then applies its own privacy practices. Project notes, region state, and palette details are not attached to that intent.
Export, sharing, and system services
This version has no in-app export, share, sync, upload, collaboration, contact-picker, or social-posting function. Content you copy or capture with an operating-system tool is under your control and may be handled by that tool separately.
Analytics, advertising, and third-party SDKs
The inspected build contains no analytics SDK, advertising SDK, crash-reporting SDK, account SDK, social-login SDK, or billing SDK. No embedded service receives Threadloom event data, project notes, or saved craft state in this release.
Retention
Project selection, region state, palette edits, notes, variations, journal entries, and settings remain in app-private storage until you clear them, clear app storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app. There is no publisher server that applies a separate retention schedule.
Deletion, reset, and uninstall
The Clear local desk action asks for confirmation, then removes mutable palettes, progress, notes, variations, journal entries, and settings. Clearing Android app storage or uninstalling also removes private app data under normal Android behavior. Bundled starter resources remain only while the application is installed.
Backup and device transfer
Android cloud backup and device transfer are disabled for Threadloom app data in this build. The app does not provide its own export or sync restoration path. A device-level copy made outside Threadloom remains controlled by the device owner and platform.
Static website request data
The supplied website is static and contains no form or account feature. If it is publicly hosted, the chosen host may process ordinary connection information such as IP address, request time, requested path, and browser metadata for delivery, security, or operational logs under that host’s terms.
Cookies, browser storage, and tracking
These supplied pages do not set a cookie, write to localStorage, load analytics, embed advertising, or include a tracking pixel. Review the deployed host configuration before listing a public privacy URL because infrastructure behavior can differ from the supplied files.
Children and intended audience
Threadloom is designed for general adult embroidery and textile hobbyists and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Real needles and embroidery scissors are sharp tools; the app’s planning notes do not replace appropriate supervision or tool instructions.
Security, limitations, and policy changes
App-private storage relies on Android and the device’s access controls. No local design can guarantee protection if the device is unlocked, compromised, rooted, or shared. Material changes to permissions, SDKs, storage, networking, hosting, or ownership require a revised policy and effective date.
